Step 1: Open PhonePe application. Make sure that you are logged in to your account or not.

Step 2: Click on the My Money icon. Then you can see Payment methods, tap on it.

Step 3: Now click on Bank Accounts. Then you can see the Delete Box, tap on that and click on the Notice bar.

Step 2: Click on the Question mark icon.

Step 3: Click on My Account and KYC. Then you can see three options like My Profile, Account related issues and KYC.

Step 4: Now click on Account related issues. Then you can see another three options like Changing my PhonePe mobile number, Delete my PhonePe account and Blocking/Unblocking my account.

Step 5: Click on Deleting my PhonePe Account. Then you can see two options like, How do I Delete my PhonePe account and Will my transaction history be deleted if I delete my PhonePe account.

Step 6: Click on How do I  Delete my PhonePe account.

Step 7: Now Click on learn more about closing your PhonePe wallet.

Step 8: Click on Close Wallet. Then you can see options like Change mobile number, Withdraw wallet balance, Unhappy with service and Other.

Step 9: Click on Other.

Step 10: Now click on Confirm & Deactivate.

Step 11: Then go to the Home page and Log out from your account.

After two days the PhonePe team will automatically deactivate your account. Then you will receive an Email or SMS from PhonePe that your PhonePe account has been deleted successfully.
