What's new in One UI 8?
One UI 8 is based on Android 16 and many smart and user-friendly features are going to be added to it. You will now see a preview when you press the back button, which is called "Predictive Back". Apart from this, multitasking will be easier, the interface of apps like file management app 'My Files' and 'Reminder' has also been made new and easy. You will also see changes in “Quick Share” and some Galaxy AI features like creating pet avatars and smart widgets can also be added in this update.
When will beta testing start?
You must be wondering when this update will reach your phone. For now, Samsung has started beta updates only in its flagship phones Galaxy S25 and Fold / Flip 7 series. But the appearance of CYFB build on the US server means that now beta testing of S24 series can also start very soon.
