When the feature gets live, it will be available as a “kept messages” option in your WhatsApp. You just need to activate it for the messages you need to save. Thereby, the saved messages won’t get deleted even if they have crossed the expiration time. Though the messages are saved with you WhatsApp allows both the recipients and senders to delete the message at any time.
Other than the kept messages feature WhatsApp has already started giving out its other features like adding document caption, create avatars, share upto 100 media and many more.
