Meta is in progress to change the whatsapp floating action button soon! Meta owned whatsapp doesn’t restrict itself with the features already present instead try to make them better. In the way to bring new changes in the app whatsapp have come up with a new floating action button design.
The redesign of the whatsapp floating action button is expected to follow the material you design guidelines. As we all know the whatsapp floating action button is present in the right bottom corner of the app. At present the whatsapp floating action button is circular with a plus mark colored white in the center and a green background. As per the leaks this circular shape is going to be changed with a square shape with the colors relating to the actual app theme.

Though there is no confirmation on the new look of whatsapp floating action button but it’s expected to have this change soon. Meta-owned whatsapp is also planning to change the app’s interface. We can expect a new look of the majorly used messaging app, whatsapp soon.
