Jio Network Problem Today: What Went Wrong and Where Services Were Affected                                    

Many Jio users are reporting they are facing network disruption issues in Kerala. They have reported that the internet network become slower than usual. Many from Kerala have also reported that they are facing problem in mobile signals as well as in internet Jio Fiber services. The first report came around 1:30 pm today. Let know the issue in detail:

Reliance Jio Server Down

Since 1:30 pm, 16th June 2025, people started complaining about internet connectivity issue with Jio telecom service. The number of reports become very high within few minutes. By 2:17 pm, the number of reports jumped to 12,000 from 200. Most of them have claimed that their internet speed slowed down suddenly in Jio 5G, around 56% are struggling with internet connectivity from mobile data. 29% of the report also says that they are facing issue in network signals in Jio. 15% have claimed that they are facing internet issue with Jio Fiber connection.

Jio Users Struggling with Internet Connectivity

Jio users become frustrated, and many of them already have shared the screenshot showing blank bars in network signal and a message of “no service.” They shared the screenshots in X, tagging Jio telecom operator, their official account in X to update on this technical glitch. Reliance Jio is silent till now, they have not shared any official updates on this. Firstly, the reports started coming from Kerala, but later on, many users from different regions started claiming internet connectivity issues. So, it is still unclear if the issue is across the nation, or it is based on few regions.

Cause behind Jio Internet Connectivity, No Signal and Jio Fiber Issues

There is still no update on why this issue is going on. No official update and social media post shared by Jio officials on this. They might start working on this issue. It can be assumed that the root cause of this issue is lying on the backend technological glitch. So, we have to wait till the official confirmation by Jio. Though, this issue is from the end of service provider, we can still advice the Jio users to restart their device, or switching between aeroplane and normal mode to make a try on getting good internet speed.
