A Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi, has shared a new teaser with the headline of “See You This Month,” which means the Mix Flip 2 will launch in June 2025. The hint of the launch of this smartphone was given earlier by the reliable Chinese tipsters. The teaser poster also reveals that the upcoming flip phone will feature Leica-branded rear cameras, which means a major upgrade in camera quality for this next-gen flagship.
Mix Flip 2 is most likely to come with the HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 16. If we talk about the display size of the Mix Flip 2, then it might come with a 6.85-inch foldable OLED display along with a resolution of 1.5K and also have a 120Hz refresh rate. While the Mix Flip 2 is most likely to come with the powerful processor that is the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The battery size of this smartphone is likely to be 5100mAh, along with the fast charging support of 67W, and it also has 50W wireless charging.
If we talk about the camera details of this device, then it might have a rear main camera sensor of 50MP and also have a 50MP ultrawide angle lens. To protect this device from water and dust, it also has an IPX8 rating. As we know, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 7 is launching soon, and Xiaomi’s Mix Flip 2 is expected to be a direct competitor to the South Korean giant’s latest foldable.
