One UI 7 Development and Rollout

In December 2024, Galaxy S24 users were the first to get access to Samsung’s One UI 7 Beta. The One UI 7 beta became available for Galaxy S23 models and foldable phones in March 2025, as announced by Samsung. Soon after, Samsung confirmed that the stable One UI 7 rollout would begin on April 7.

As Per Samsung’s announcement, the One UI 7 update is rolling out to the Galaxy S24 lineup, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6 in South Korea. Samsung extended the One UI 7 update to US and European users on April 10.

Exynos versions of the Galaxy S24 and S24+ are facing lock-related bugs with the new One UI 7 update. The critical nature of this bug led Samsung to pause the global expansion of the update. Without any official announcement, the update was suspended from the server.
