Samsung has released a new update for new phones - One UI 8, which is based on Android 16. Right now it is in beta testing, meaning some people are trying it first. In Which Countries Is Beta Testing?
Samsung has made the registration option for its beta program available in the Samsung Members app. This testing is available in Germany, South Korea, United States, United Kingdom, Poland, and India. If you are in India and you have an eligible Galaxy phone, you can also join this beta program.
How to join the beta program?
- Download the Samsung Members app on your phone.
- Login with your Samsung account.
- Go to the app and find the "One UI Beta Program" option and tap on it to register.
- After that go to the phone's Settings > Software Update, download and install the new beta software from there.
What's New In One UI 8?
- Audio Brief: This feature gives you the opportunity to listen to important daily information in audio format.
- New Weather App: Weather app will now have 3D avatars and nice animations, which will look even more fun.
- Lock Screen Widgets: Now you can put new widgets on your lock screen. You can set it as you want, according to your need.
- Security: With Android 16, you will also get some new security features, which will make your phone more safe.
