As per the latest updates and according to the report Samsung has paused the One UI 7.0 rolled out due to a serious bug found in the recently released stable update for the galaxy S24 series devices.
According to the @iceuniverse tipster on X has informed that the Korean Samsung Galaxy S24 models are facing a bug with the latest One UI 7.0 update, which leads to the pause of the update. This bug might cause major issues and affect the user experience with the device. Meanwhile, there is not having any official update about the bug and its impact on the device. But from the X some users reported that there is an unlock issue on the device which we will discuss below, while Samsung didn't release any official confirmation on this.
As we know Samsung is rolling out One UI 7.0 which is based on Android 15 and it comes with the major user interface (UI) system improvements. This UI 7.0 software is smoother compared to the previous One UI 6 and also it is user-friendly with the latest features and new animations.
Unable to unlock
It's unclear how many users are affected, but if you’ve already updated to One UI 7 and facing the issue then we can assume that Samsung is working on it and can fix it as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received it yet, then you have to wait a little longer for One UI 7, but it’s expected to work better once released.
Unfortunately, bugs take time to fix which might also delay the One UI 7 update for other Samsung devices. So if you’re using an older or less popular phone, Then you have to wait a bit longer. That’s even more disappointing because the Android 16 could be just a few months from release.
