As we know the last year Huawei Mate XTcame with a revolutionary change in the tech world, as it will come with the world’s first triple foldable smartphone. Now, as per the reliable tipster, the Super Dimension brand is currently working on the successor of the Huawei Mate XT, and it will also launch Huawei’s second-generation triple foldable smartphone later this year.

Expected Launch Date as Per Rumors

Rumors are circulating in the market that the Huawei Mate XTs is going to be the next triple foldable by Huawei, but the tipster has denied the rumors, saying that the next-generation device will be known as the Huawei Mate XT 2 Extraordinary Master in China, and the global variant might come with the name of Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design.

From the Weibo Post by Super Dimension, they let us know that the Huawei Mate XT 2 is a triple foldable device, and the book-style foldable device Mate X7 is most likely to launch in the second half of the year. While they also let us know that there will be an upgrade in the chipsets, battery capacities, and the camera. It is also expected that the brand will launch the foldable tablets, likely next year.

Expected Specs of Huawei Mate XT 2

As per the reports it is expected that the Huawei Mate XT 2 will come with the 10.2 inches of triple foldable display like its previous generation. Huawei is expected to use its own “Tian Gong” hinge, known for being slim and durable.

If we talk about the processor of this smartphone, then it is likely to come with the powerful Kirin 9020hh chipset, which comes with a 1+3+4 CPU setup along with the three 2.15GHz middle cores, with the 2.5GHz prime Taishan core along with the four 1.6GHz cores, and three 2.15GHz middle cores. While it will also include Maleoon 920 GPU, which will work at 840 MHz.

It is also expected that the Mate XT 2 will feature eSIM technology, which means the device will remove the need for a physical SIM card. With this change smartphone will become more slimmer and also make space for new components.
