Find My Device Becomes Find Hub: Ultra-Wideband & Satellite Finding Tested

Have you ever lost your mobile or item? You must have heard of Google's Find My Device feature. Now Google has made this feature even more powerful and has given it a new name - Find Hub.

Now you will get more accurate location

Find Hub has now become more advanced than ever. It now has UWB i.e. Ultra Wideband technology. This means that now you can find your lost mobile, earbuds or tracker very accurately - it not only tells where it is, but also shows in which direction and how far it is.

Tracking from Satellite

Now if your mobile or device is lost in a place where there is no network or Wi-Fi, then also there is no need to worry. Google has now added Satellite support to it. That is, you can find your phone even without the internet. This feature is very useful during travel or in areas like villages.

 Airline-connected system

Google has also partnered with some airlines. Now if your bag or luggage gets lost at the airport, Find Hub can also tell its location. Suppose you have installed a tracker in your bag, then with Find Hub you will be able to know where the bag is – is it left at the airport or has come with you.

In which phones will it work?

Right now this feature is coming in devices like Pixel 8 Pro, some Samsung Galaxy and Motorola Moto Tag. Gradually it will come in other devices as well.

Now the fear of losing is less

Overall, it has become easier to find lost luggage with Find Hub. This is a very big and useful update for smartphone users.
