Samsung made a bar for high-end Android tablets keeping the measures 326.4*208.6*5.4 mm of Tab S10 Ultra, while Xiaomi kept the measures 305.8*207.5*5.1 mm of Pad 7 Ultra. This made the weight only 609g, lesser than Tab S10 Ultra, become easy to carry for the users. Xiaomi had also put a premium design by trimming the waistline, making it 0.3 mm thinner.
Display, Storage, and Battery
The display size of Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is larger than Xiaomi's 14 inches, both are AMOLED. However, the newly launched Pad 7 Ultra can deliver more pixels, around 2136*3200 resolutions, and supports Dolby Vision. Comparing storage, both have similar configurations, 256GB/12GB, 512GB/12GB, and 1TB/16GB RAM, however, Xiaomi has won the game in terms of charging speed, as it supports 120W charging.

Camera, Audio, and Other Facilities
Though tablet cameras have not yet been made for photography, Xiaomi provides a 50MP single rear camera and a 32MP front camera. Both Samsung and Xiaomi provide 1080p 4k video options through the rear camera, while Samsung also supports 4k video with the front camera. Pad 7 Ultra is designed with eight speakers, suitable for high-resolution audio, on the other hand, Samsung is designed with AKG-Tuned speakers. Xiaomi also comes with new v5.4 Bluetooth connectivity. Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, on the contrary, provides an expandable storage facility of up to 1024 GB.
Now, the final decision, if you are focusing on performance and high-end premium specifications, go for the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, and if you are thinking of better software, reliable and experienced features and support, Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is the perfect fit.
