VI Family Plan has added a customer-friendly option with flexible add-on feature up to 8 members for Family Postpaid Plans, at Rs. 299 each. 40GB High-speed internet, 200GB rollover data, unlimited calls and 3000 SMS will be provided to each added member.

Report says, this flexible add-on feature will only work on the existing Family plan ranging from ₹701 to ₹1401/ month.
VI Max Family 701: This existing family plan provides 2 (1 primary + 1 secondary) connections. Here, primary member is facilitated with 70GB/month data, unlimited data from 12 am to 6 am, 200GB rollover data, unlimited calls, 3000 SMS, and only 2 OTT subscriptions upto 1 year. Secondary members are provided with 40GB/month of data, 200 GB rollover data, unlimited calls, and 3000 SMS. With this plan, VI users can add upto 7 more secondary members at 299 Rs. for each.
VI Max Family 1201: This plan is valid for 4 connections (1 Primary + 3 Secondary). Here, primary member is facilitated with 140GB of data/month and others similar to Plan 701. Secondary members get similar to Plan 701 benefits. With this plan, VI postpaid customers can add 5 more secondary members at 299 Rs. for each.
VI Max Family 1401: VI provides 1401 Max Family plan to 5 connections (1 primary + 4 secondary). Primary member and secondary members get similar features to the VI Max Family 1201 pack. Here, upto 4 secondary members can be added at 299 Rs. for each.
Benefits of VI New Family Plan Add-On Features
Existing design of VI family packs limit the number of connections to 2, 4 and 5. Now, VI family plan users can add any number of secondary members at only 299Rs/each without upgrading to higher-tier plan. VI CEO says, this flexible feature can fulfil the evolving needs of Indian families.
