Samsung has started the global rollout of the stable One UI 7 update starting on April 7, 2025. While the beta was limited to a few devices, the global release of the final build version has now begun.
With One UI 7 users can get fresh design, enhanced personalization tools, and more advanced and intelligent Galaxy AI features which increase productivity and user experience. The initial rollout of One UI 7 starts from today, with additional devices scheduled to receive it in the upcoming weeks.

Key features introduced include AI Select for quick GIF creation from videos and Writing Assist for smarter text formatting and summaries. Drawing Assist uses AI to enhance and improve your sketches. while Audio Eraser cleans up background noise from your video recordings.

With the New features Now Bar, users can check out live updates like song progress or workout activity, without unlocking their phone. Google Gemini integration lets users control their smartphone through search, and navigate apps using simple voice commands.

How to Install Samsung’s One UI 7 Update
Make sure the phone has enough battery and storage and you’ve taken the full backup of the device.
Before proceeding, check that your device has full battery and have sufficient free storage, and also take full backup before upgrading. Open the Settings app, scroll to 'Software Update', tap 'Check for update', then press 'Install'.
