POCO F7 Benchmark Leak Reveals Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 & 12GB RAM                                    

According to Geekbench listings, POCO F7 with Xiaomi 25053PC47G model number is going to launch in India around last week of June. In May, 2025, this model has received certification of IMDA.

POCO F7 with Snapdragon 8S Gen4

The processor run in POCO F7 is Snapdragon, high-performing processor, 8S Generation 4. In Geekbench, it has listed in rank 6 with single-core of 1937 and multi-core of 6021. Scores between POCO F7 and iQOO Neo10 are slightly different, though, both of them having similar chip.

POCO F7 RAM and Internal Storage

Himanshu Tondon, CEO of POCO India has posted a polling on which RAM capacity will be best suited for POCO F7, in his social media handle. Poll result reveals 79% votes have been given to 12GB RAM and 11% votes have been given to 12GB RAM. So, the POCO fans can expect that F7 is coming with 12GB RAM capacity, which indicated more fast performance. We can expect two variations of internal storage in POCO F7, 256GB and 512GB. So, the combination will be, 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB.

POCO F7 Design, Battery, Camera and Charging

Many images have been leaked, we have already witnessed unique designs of POCO F7. It might be slimmer than REDMI Turbo 4 Pro, a popular model in China market. Though, any official confirmation on design of F7 has not been revealed yet. Display size might be of 6.83” which is built with AMOLED panel. The presence of ultra-narrow bezels, 3D-ice cooling system of 6000mm2 will help the handset to maintain the temperature and users can gaming and internet surfing for longer time without heating issues.

Camera design has been revealed through leaked images of POCO F7 model, we can assume that it will be coming with duel-camera lens setup in the back. Leaks are claiming that 50MP primary camera and 8MP ultra-wide lens will be the combination.

This model is going to be one of the models with super-charging and long-lasting battery power, as it will have 7550mAh battery. This handset will support fast-charging, upto 90W.
