
The OxygenOS 15.0.0.801 update with the build number CPH2691_15.0.0.801 (EX01) for the OnePlus 13R is now being slowly rolled out all over India.
This newest update is going to introduce bypass charging, through which power will flow straight to the phone rather than the battery during gaming sessions. With the help of this feature phone will be able to maintain a temperature while using the smartphone for gaming or any other heavy task. The update also introduces a new clock widget that can be placed on the Home screen to display the current weather and local time.
With the help of the latest update, the Super Power Saving Mode now features updated default apps and makes it easier to add apps. Also, device users can set a custom ringtone according to their preference for contacts while editing or creating contacts.
In this update, we will also see improved gesture controls for floating windows, and also a smoother closing experience, which was slower in older versions, along with enhanced shadow effects for a more refined appearance. In this update, users will also get the Android Security Update of April 2025, which is part of this update. With this newest update, the OnePlus 13R can now easily connect with Mac devices, which helps users to transfer and view files without requiring any other software.

With this new update, users will get a new feature that helps with partial screen recording. Through this feature, users capture a selected area of the screen rather than the entire display. Meanwhile, the update is being rolled out gradually, starting with a small group of users before rolling out to all devices.
